You can send Others Message even if you dont have they as friend !!
Even if they have blocked others to send messages(Dont have him/her as a friend )
This is some examples that we dont have friend and we can't message !!
Because we dont have him/her as a friend !!
We see clearly that we dont have friend and we can't send message !!!
